When sending attachments from Axis to GLUE, the attachments arriving are always
scrambled (lots of 3F codes). It turned out that GLUE is dependent on correct
settings of the “Content-Length” field.
The fix in the attachment adds the correct content-length for the attachment
part (affects AttachmentPart).
