The patch in the attachment contains two fixes for attachments interoperability
with GLUE 4.0.1:
1. When sending an attachment from Axis to GLUE, GLUE must have cid prefix in
the mime header.
2. GLUE needs content lengths on all parts. This fix adds the correct content
length.
All fixes in MimeUtils.
