axis does not include license agreements for third party jar files it
re-distributes

Axis is in violation of mutiple license agreements with the jar files that you
are shipping - namely - the licenses for
activation.jar, commons*.jar, jaxrpc.jar, log4j-1.2.8.jar, mail.jar, saaj.jar,
and wsdl4j.jar.
All of these licenses explictly require that the license be included with any
distribution - this came to my attention when I tried to distribute something
that uses axis - and I had to track down licenses for all of these files.
I can't be sure that I have the right license, however - as I don't know what
versions of each of these files you are using. If there is a different license
for different versions, I may not have the right one.
You should really stay on top of this stuff.
