Include version number for ALL jar files in the file name (like log4j-1.2.8jar)

Key: AXIS-1808
URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AXIS-1808
Project: Axis
Type: Improvement
Components: Deployment / Registries
Versions: 1.2
Reporter: Steve Viens
Priority: Minor
I think it would be a great idea to include the version number for each jar
file in within the jar file name when creating a release. This is already being
done for Log4j (log4j-1.2.8.jar).
