It would have been nice to have the ability to update a deployed service using
the WSDD format.
Let's say you want to bind a handler [the handler itself is defined as part of
the global Axis configuration, and probably deployed/configured separately] to
the request flow for a (deployed) service. In terms of the Axis configuration
this means adding a handler element to the requestFlow element within the
service element for the service you would like to add a handler for. I cannot
see anyway of achieving this without replacing the whole service definition.
