Hi Jaya,
well, you can use the simple axis server that comes built in with the
Axis jar but that's a bit of trouble. So you can run "maven
war-withsamples" to build the war with the samples and drop into
tomcat (or any J2EE servlet container).
Yep, A getting started section for developers is a good idea. We will
try to include a section with the current documentation.
