but if wsdl says to send/expect soapenc types in Array, we should respect this.

Yes the Array problem :)

I has posted a first patch.
But I still have problems with interoperability.
* sometimes schema types are used in place of soapenc types.
* still deser problem with base64Binary + hex with rpc/encoded (am
working on it)
