WSDL2Java command-line usage help does not list a value of '1.3' for
'typemapping' as posssible; this means the correct JAX-RPC behaviour may not be
turned on by a user.
I would expect this bug also applies to the documentation for the ant task.
In addition, it would be nice for the behaviour of the 1.3 value setting to be
documented in more detail elsewhere.
