Since I'm still finding issues that I regard as bugs in axis and also block geronimo progress at a fairly brisk rate I'd prefer you waited a bit longer.

We are not out of the woods w.r.t to Geronimo and Jonas yet which may require a quick 1.3. But don't want us to wait too long. Let's finalize 1.2 instead of cutting a RC4 (and with our shiny tck test harness, we can make quick 1.3 alpha/beta/rc's when/if necessary). So please kick the tires and VOTE for Glen to make the official Release as the Release Manager as soon as he gets back from the big easy :)
