might not know what Axis2 is.
Also, I promise that my patch has better grammar than my JIRA issue

This is a patch to the index.html page. It took the exist content and gets rid
of the run on paragraph, replacing it with some explanation of what Apache
Axis2 is, news about the latest release, and some information about the
motivation behind Apache Axis2.

The home page needs some rewording, and while your are at it why not add a section that identifies Apache Axis2 for people who might not be familiar. The home page redesign took the exist content, and added some more information.
