> This patch rearranges the navigation.xml to cater to end-developers. The
> first section featured is "Download" followed by a "Getting Started" section
> which has the Installation, User, and Web Administration Guide. Secondary
> documentation like tutorials and architecture overviews have been moved to a
> separate "Addition Reference" section, and "Get Involved" has been moved
> further down on this list.
> Most of the people interested in Axis2, are going to want to know how to
> download and use Axis2, there is going to be a smaller subset that really
> want to understand how it is constructed, and an even smaller set of people
> willing to participate. The navigation order reflects this.
> Also note that some of the wording in the nav area has changed to imperative
> statements.
> This patch also cleans up the svn.html file. This file had some duplicate
> information in it. I rearranged the content and modified it so that it points
> to shared ASF pages instead of duplicating existing ASF directions.
