Besides the sample LoggingModule included with Axis2, I can imagine many other
useful modules.
So, it would make sense to me, to establish an Axis2 page (or site) dedicated
to exchanging them.
So, that whatever generic or specific modules axis2 users want to share, such
as StatisticsModule, BillingModule, FoobarDataMining, you name it, they could
easily share it and/or seach for it at a _well known location_ ...
Some of the things, which might need to be addressed first: a modules
dependency on a specific version of Axis2; a modules dependency on other
module(s); quality (tests); per-module-help (description, wiki ...?); the how
and where of actual up- and downloads (infrastructure|external-service-host) ...
