Let's rewind and start from the beginning. What do you need? A build
with xmlbeans stuff enabled?

other tips to try.
- get a fresh version of ant
- remove anything in your CLASSPATH variable.
- remove jars that you put in lib\endorsed

I have *NEVER* seen this problem....
