Note that Java Web Services Metadata (JSR-181-- see
http://www.jcp.org/en/jsr/detail?id=181) is a completely different
thing from WS-MetadataExchange (see
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/en-us/dnglobspec/html/ws-metadataexchange.pdf).
