Reuse of existing classes by WSDL2Java

It would be very useful if the code generation framework supported checking if
a class that would be generated already existed , and could use that class
rather than generating a new one.
See the "-introspect" option of WebSphere Application Server's WSDL2Java at

for an example. Also, the "-javaSearch" option is related.
