[Axis2] Some interop test fails

Hi all,

Following interop test fails under maven all-tests and maven itest. 
Please make necessary rectifications.  To  close JIRA 
http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AXIS2-226, these test cases should 
be fixed  ASAP.
