Bad constructor with derived classes that inherit xs:any members

w2j is generating constructors that take a parameter for all of the members,
including super class members. The generator constructor contains a call to
"super" that passes inherited values to the super class constructor. The
generated constructor is not generating the proper parameter type for xs:any
values. The following is generated from the saml2 metadata xsd.

org.apache.axis.types.URI location,
