First, thanks to Dims for committing my patches!
I feel a little guilty for even asking as I also asked for a few
patches to be slipped in rather late in the 1.3 game, but is there
any idea when the 1.3 release would come out? We are going to start
TCK testing a Geronimo 1.0-M5 release probably Friday and would
really like to include the official Axis 1.3 release. Don't know if
that's possible.
More just looking to know if that is reasonable. Willing to help
with the Axis release as well. Can certainly do TCK testing and the
like.
Big thanks,
David

+1 from me
I submitted two patches just now that are not bugs, but bad memory
leaks we are facing in Geronimo as Axis shares classloader space with
the server itself (it's a critical part of the server) and all apps
that Axis provides services to are in child classloaders that come
and go. We've run into some memory issues that you wouldn't notice
if you were running Axis in the same classloader as the webapp for
example.
I'll do whatever it takes to get this one in before 1.3 is cut http://
issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AXIS-2232. I've already run 'all-
tests' and the J2EE TCK on it. AXIS-2233 is nice but not as
important.
Let me know what I can help with.

Folks,
It's been a while since 1.2.1 release and many, many bug fixes
are in
latest SVN. Also, Geronimo needs a named release. Just checked both
the TCK's. All's well. There were a few items as blockers in JIRA
this
morning, There was nothing we could fix in a hurry. Check the JIRA
notifications in the archives for a list of the issues i downgraded
this morning.
Could we please make a release? Here's my +1.
Thanks,
dims
