Interesting...digging a bit more. WSE used DIME for framing (differentiate between 2 subsequent soap messages) and Indigo seems to use standard TCP framing. See here: http://beuchelt.blogdns.net:8080/2005/09/21/Framing+In+Indigo.aspx
