yes , that directory will be created when you try to run a client. Since
Axis2 enabled addressing by default , there should be a place that the
addressing mar to be copied , if you are not giving a repository location
for the client. So in that case I simply create a folder in user home and
copy necessary mar files into it can take that as repository.
