OK, folks.  This whole .9652 thing has gotten a little out of hand.  It 
was a funny joke at the time, making fun of the tendency towards 
multi-digit release numbers, but I also agree that two significant 
digits is plenty after the decimal point (and we wouldn't have even 
needed two if we hadn't jumped the gun going to .9! :)).

So...
+1 for 0.94, and for letting the .9652 joke remain a joke. :)

I still need to integrate my Phase/Handler stuff, and would like to read 
over the new deployment stuff in more detail.  But neither of those 
should hold up this next release.
