Test cases should be re-instated

Fix For: 0.94
I saw some test cases that are being commented. And there were some
un-necessary code due to copy 'n paste (like options.setTo() was called twice
and sender.finalizeInvoke() not being called after a test). Its better if we
can fix those before 0.94.
