Resolution: Fixed
The issue really was that the code generator was not handling the multiple
porttypes properly. The code generator has now being updated to handle this
properly and this particular WSDL can be properly processed, given the correct
portname. (Still it will process the WSDL without the portname but will pick
the first one to generate code)
It has been verified that the mentioned WSDL actually works and produces
working code
