I ran "all-tests" with **/test/wdsl/interop3/*.* in the exclusion
list but failed in wsdl2java because the exclusion mechanism is for
runtime, not build time. Could anyone succeed in "all-tests" under
these circumstances?

I believe there is an excludes file for the functional tests at the

of the tree.

WebServices/SalesRankNPrice/BookService.asmx was not available (seems
shut down), so wsdl2java for the service failed. How can I continue
