WSDL2Java does not generate Array types

Please run WSDL2Java with the following WSDL as test case.
Expected result:
Following classes should be generated:
StudentsType.class
RecordHistoryType.java
Timestamp.java
Actual result:
Only RecordHistoryType.java is generated
