+1 for getting an XmlSchema release going.

I'd like to see a few more test cases, ideally, before going out the
door.  How about doing a beta cycle, so we have a little time to try to
freshen up the tests and also to get some feedback from anyone
interested before "really" going 1.0?  I'd propose releasing
XmlSchema-1.0-beta-1 and giving people a little time (couple of weeks?)
to wake up and try it out while we add a few more tests... Then we can
do 1.0 proper after that.

Thoughts?
