Help! I can't build on Windows using the VC project files

When I try to build using the AxisDevelopment.dsw, I get missing files, such as
Sender.cpp, Transport.cpp.
When I try to build using Distribution.dsw, I get a link error at the end, LINK
: fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file "ApacheCore.lib", and the link for
mod_axis.dll fails. Can anyone assist me with how to build this stuff? I am
new to Axis. Thanks!
