Hi Ruchith, :) it's not a question of binding anyone to anything, everyone is free to do what they want but as an individual one needs to be committed to a cause, in this case help the community to get the best possible output within a timeframe, it's self discipline . My concern is that this should not be the attitude :(

As community members we all are answerable. hmmm I don't think Chathura is not a committer and I also don't think you can bind _even_ a committer to anything in such a way.
