Deepal Jayasinghe commented on AXIS2-508:
-----------------------------------------

thx for the patch ,

I got the idea from the patch and change RepositoryListener to ignore those
files.

> Consider ignoring directories called CVS when looking for services

>          Key: AXIS2-508

>      Project: Apache Axis 2.0 (Axis2)
>         Type: Wish
>   Components: deployment
>     Versions: 0.95
>  Environment: cold and damp.

> I keep my web directory under SCM. This is what I see at deployment time
> 151  INFO  org.apache.axis2.deployment.DeploymentEngine  - Invalid service
> CVS due to Invalid service META-INF directory not found; nested exception is:
>       org.apache.axis2.deployment.DeploymentException: Invalid service
> META-INF directory not found
> Really, directories called CVS should be as ignored as those called .svn;
> they are SCM artifacts, not deployable things.
