Resolution: Fixed
Hmm ,
You are trying to use hot-update feature , and by default that is turn-off if
you want that feature then you have to change the following parameter in
axis2.xm , that will solve your problem.
<parameter name="hotupdate" locked="false">false</parameter>
and change false to true :)
