The user guide sample references LoggingModule.mar, currently in the svn build,
incorrectly. This module does not deploy - it needs to be renamed to
logging.mar . Also, the user guide module section makes several references to
entries 'Shown in green' - in firefox I see no 'Shown in green' references -
they are listed as empty quotes.
If assigned to me I should be able fix this.
