I'm getting different but possibly related errors (Address already in use:
NET_Bind) in the integration tests on windows xp with both maven 1.0.2 and
maven 1.1b1 with IBM Java142, IBM Java 1.5 and Sun Java 1.5

junit output from the runs at:
http://hosting.davidillsley.co.uk/axis2/test-reports/TEST-org.apache.axis2.async.AsyncServiceTest.txt
http://hosting.davidillsley.co.uk/axis2/test-reports/TEST-org.apache.axis2.engine.EchoRawXMLMultipleTest.txt
http://hosting.davidillsley.co.uk/axis2/test-reports/TEST-org.apache.axis2.engine.EchoRawXMLOnTwoChannelsSyncTest.txt
http://hosting.davidillsley.co.uk/axis2/test-reports/TEST-org.apache.axis2.engine.EchoRawXMLOnTwoChannelsTest.txt

The same source passes the tests for me on Linux (RHEL) with maven 1.0.2
and IBM Java 1.4.2
