Resolution: Fixed
This class exists in the current code base, as:
tool/src/org/apache/axis2/tool/ant/AntCodegenTask.java
On build it gets placed in axis2-tools.jar . However, this jar was not put into
axis2-std.zip . Its now part of the std zip under the lib directory.
