WSDL2Java generates code that doesn't compile

When using WSDL2Java with the Jaxme option, the generated code doesn't compile.
There is a dependency on stax-utils.jar which is not included in the Axis2
distribution.
After downloading stax-utils.jar and adding it to the classpath, the generated
code can be compiled.
