The generated client stubs do not create the SOAP envelope in the case where no
data is present in a request (the equivalent of a void method call), resulting
in an NPE. Fixed this, also adding the required child element of the SOAP Body.
Entering this in Jira so that users experiencing the problem will find out the
problem is already fixed in svn.
