Another, another merge conflict. Deepal's fixes to sessionContext memory leak
conflicted with the new http server. New version of complete.patch resolves
the conflict, applies to today's head, and passes all tests.
Oleg, how about some (solid) jar in ibiblio? I'd sure like to commit this so
independent axis2 fixes don't keep stepping on it!
