This is a patch which allows to globally set a flag to add "Accept-encoding:
gzip" on every connection with CommonsHTTPSender.
When this patch is applied you can do this :
AxisProperties.setProperty(DefaultCommonsHTTPClientProperties.ACCEPT_GZIP,
String.valueOf(Boolean.TRUE));
and every connection will accept gzip.
