I verified and the wsdl compiles properly under windows command line 
environment. There appears to be some issue with the cygwin environment.
There is no issue whatsoever for wsdl2java code generation with the wsdl 
component of axis2 release 1.0 .

Please mark the issue as resolved/closed. I will investigate any issues with 
cygwin environment and report seperately if  needed.
