tools and jTest.
He has uncovered several issues, and has provided patches via Jira.
In addtion, Brent's team would like to commit new tests to strengthen
the Axis2/JAXWS module.
Brent has worked on the IBM WebServices team for the past four years.
He was a contributor to Axis version 1.0.
Granting Brent committer status will strengthen the testing of the
Apache WebServices projects.
