Here's a patch with the code for the new OperationClient based
AxisInvocationController. As I started the change, I realized that it made
sense to change it to use the new Message model as well.
- Changed the AxisInvocationController to use the OperationClient rather than
the ServiceClient
- Changed the Dispatch code to setup the MessageContext and Message correctly
- Minor changes to the DocLitWrapped proxy code to use the Message model
