Improvements to the metadata processing including
- Package protect methods accessing the annotations directly
- Provide defaults (per JAX-WS spec) for annotations
- Provide getters for metadata associated with JAX-WS annotations
Also provide additional tests and refactoring of ProxyDescriptor based on the
above.
I have a patch I will submit shortly.
