I am dropping code to provide initail support for Doc/Lit unwrap support for
Proxy. I am attaching the test case where a Wrapped WSDL with a binding file
where enableWrappedStyle is set to false is used to generate SEI using RI
tooling.
Next I will attemp to support Doc/Lit multi part wsdl.
