Deepal Jayasinghe resolved AXIS2-994.
-------------------------------------
Resolution: Fixed
We had the same procedure sometimes ago , but that gave us some problems. So I
removed the static block and all the static variables.
There was only one static variable called operations , now I removed that too.
P:S - Axis2 client API is not thread safe
> web service stub generator populateAxisService() and populateFaults() should
> not be called from constructor

> These two methods initialize static variables. in a multi-threaded
> environment, one thread is using the variables while another is in
> constructor that cleared them out. My fix is to have a "static" block for the
> class and call them from there.
