WSDL2Java producing different java classes for Axis1.2 and Axis1.2

I have a wsdl that imports a schema. The resulting set of classes while using
WSDL2Java is different between version 1.2 and 1.4 of axis.
Therefore, the service stubs that were created using Axis1.2 is not compatible
with the client stubs created using Axis1.4.
