At this point we are maintaining 2 versions of OMTutorials. One in Axis2
docs... Another in commons/axiom docs.. IMO we should maintain only one
document and it should be commons/axiom/OMTutorial.. We should link
commons/axiom/OMTutorial whenever we want to link OMTutorial from Axis2.
