The client sample documentation is wrong
Have a look at the sample client code:
http://ws.apache.org/axis2/1_0/userguide3.html#Writing_Web_Service_Clients_using_Code_Generation_with_Data_Binding_Support
Using that exact commandline to create the stub, all the *Document classes used
in the document do in fact not exist.
P.S. Somebody ought to reconfigure the affected versions dropdown.. 1.0 has
been out since May ;)
