When I use RPCMessageReciver, can't deserialize a nil parameter to null.

I hope that "strParam" is deserialized to null, but it is empty("").
I think that there is a problem in
org.apache.axis2.databinding.typemapping.SimpleTypeMapper#getSimpleTypeObject
The method don't judge nil.
