In Axis2SampleDocLitServiceMessageReceiverInOut, following lines there are
line causes compile error:
envelope = (msgContext.getEnvelope().getBody().getFirstElement(),
getSOAPFactory(msgContext));
Test environment:
set AXIS2_HOME=c:/axis2
WSDL2Java -uri ..\samples\wsdl\Axis2SampleDocLit.wsdl -ss -sd -g -t -d xmlbeans
-o ..\samples\wsdl\output -p org.apache.axis2.userguide
