Test cases not generated when using the Code Generating Wizard with some of the 
custom options

Tested the Code Generating Wizard on the windows platform and found a defect. 
Following are the steps which was followed.

1. Launch Eclipse and select "File -> New -> Other"
2. From the "New" window, select "Axis2 Code Generator" which is under "Axis2 
Wizards" and click on the "Next" button
3. Select the radio button option "Generate Java source code from a WSDL file" 
and click "Next"
4. Select a valid WSDL file and click on "Next"
5. Set the options as you need
Make sure to tick off the check box "Generate a test case"
6. Select any of the client side options 
7. Tick of the the checkbox "Generate a default service.xml" or "Generate an 
Interface for Skeleton"
8. Click on the button "Next"
9. Specify the output path and click on "Finish"
10. Check the path which you set as the output path and you will see that the 
test cases have not been generated

NOTE : If you select the option "Generate Client code" it creates the test 
cases. The test cases are not generated when you select either the option 
"Generate a default service.xml" or  "Generate an Interface for Skeleton"
