Issues in the Axis2 plugin - IDEA wizard

I noticed following issues in Axis2 wizard pages in IDEA.
1. An option should be selecetd by default in Axis2 plugin wizard
There are two radio buttons in the initial wizard screen. However nothing is
selected as default option. If you press ok button without selecting any option,
it takes the first option 'Create a service archive' and continue through the
wizard.
Steps to reproduce:
I. Install axis2 idea plugin
II. Start Idea and select axis2
III. wizard will be displayed
No options (Radio buttons) are selected by default. Radio button should be
selected as a default option
2. Default configuration options should be disabled when an IDEA project is not
opened
Steps to reproduce:
I. Start IDEA. Do not create or open a project.
II. Select Axis2-->Axis2 plugins
III.Select 'WSDL2Code Codegeneration' option and click ok
Iv. Give a valid WSDL path and click 'Next'
All 4 options are displayed in the 'options' window. Default configuration
options (First 3 options) should be disabled when a project is not opened in
IDEA.
3. 'Select Module' and 'Select Source Directory' drop down lists should be
disabled when 'Custom' option is selected while a project is not opened in IDEA.
Steps to reproduce:
I. Start IDEA. Do not create or open a project.
II. Select Axis2-->Axis2 plugins
III.Select 'WSDL2Code Codegeneration' option and click ok
Iv. Give a valid WSDL path and click 'Next'
V. Select 'Custom' option and click ''Next'
Vi. Accept the default values in 'Options' screen and click 'Next'
'Output' screen is displayed. 'Select Module' and 'Select Source Directory'
drop down lists should be disabled.
